Mary Spears to argue before Indiana Court of Appeals

KMM attorney Mary Spears will argue the case of S.G. v. State of Indiana before the Indiana Court of Appeals on June 29th.

The argument, which will be available online, will address the state and federal constitutional rights of minors being questioned about crimes by school officials and while on school property. Mary will also ask the court to decide whether there was enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that S.G. received stolen property.
