
Grace Atwater earned her undergraduate degree from DePauw University and her law degree from Albany Law School. She graduated cum laude after serving as the Executive Managing Editor for the Albany Law Review. During law school, she worked at the New York State Attorney General's Office with the Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau. Before joining Kammen & Moudy, LLC, she worked at the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council as a law clerk.
Ms. Atwater is primarily focused on post-conviction relief but she also does general criminal work. Her commitment to protecting the rights of all people is what drove her to become a criminal defense attorney, and what motivates her to provide the best defense possible to her clients.
