Josh Moudy earned his undergraduate degree from Wabash College and his law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. Before joining Richard Kammen, he served as both a private and court-appointed attorney for clients whose charges ranged from public intoxication to rape, robbery and murder.
Mr. Moudy has always had a desire to defend those involved with the criminal justice system, but perhaps more importantly, he understands the confusion and concern that comes from being the subject of a criminal investigation. He knows that in addition to a passionate defense, most clients need answers, patience and to be heard. He strives to provide that to every client.
Mr. Moudy has repeatedly been invited to speak on criminal defense issues and has instructed other attorneys on handling criminal cases. He has served on the Indianapolis Bar Association on numerous committees. He is a board member of Craine House and has been named a Bar Leader by the Indianapolis Bar Association.
